National Engineering Services Pakistan will design seven high rise - 38 to 42 storey - apartment blocks in Defence, Karachi costing Rs. 1250 million. These towers will have 1334 luxury apartments and 2, 3, 4 bedroom pent houses covering 460,000 square meters.

Each building will have two parking lots in basements and one at ground level for total 2000 cars.

Construction of the first phase has started, NESPAK press release said. A Thai firm has prepared preliminary design of the project. Architecture and Planning Division of NESPAK will provide detailed engineering services and also supervise its construction.
